Emerging from deep musical roots and a family legacy of music, Suzette West has come home to her heart and to her childhood love of making music and writing songs. She has emerged on a mission to create a burgeoning body of musical works inspired by the journey she has been on since experiencing her spiritual awakening in 2015.

Music has always been a part of her life. Her family's musical heritage included her aunt Dorothy Berry who started her music career in the late 1950s, and who performed backup vocals as a member of the Raylettes when she toured with Ray Charles throughout the late 1960s and early 1970s; as well as her uncle Richard Berry (author of the classic party song, "Louie, Louie"). It left an impression on Suzette growing up. She began writing her own songs at a very young age, and began co-creating music with band mates from Legend Heart with the release of their debut CD in 2004. She is very grateful for technology and the FREEDOM it gives artists to co-create their own music destinies with the Universe.
